I HAVE MY 3D DESIGN READY. HOW MUCH DOES 3D PRINTING COST?
Please send us your 3D design in .STL, .STEP or .OBJ format and email it to: 3d@matterthings.com for an estimate.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Depending on size, complexity, post-processing and assembly. it can take between one and five days to complete a model. Shipping takes one or two days.
Typical workflow: review file, slice models, prepare machine, 3D print, remove support material. Optional: sand, prime, paint.
Some people like to do post processing, which will also reduce the cost of your parts.
HOW DO I PAY?
Thanks for asking! We require full payment to start working. We accept: Interac e-Transfers, Cash, Cheques, Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) or PayPal.
HOW CAN I BE SURE YOU WILL DO A GOOD JOB ON MY PROJECT?
We will let our customers answer this question through their comments on our service on Facebook and Google+ .
