The User acknowledges that the Supplier is in no way responsible for the use made of the reproduced property, that it does not guarantee that the use desired by the User is possible and that it may at any time, even after acceptance of the Mandate entrusted to it, at its sole discretion, interrupt said Mandate and/or not accept any new Mandate from the User, for any reason whatsoever, it being agreed however that it must then reimburse the User for all sums paid in advance by the latter for any portion of the Mandate not completed, unless it has any reason allowing it to retain such sums.

The User agrees that in the event of a dispute regarding the terms hereof, the applicable laws will be those of the Province of Quebec.

The User acknowledges having read, understood and agrees to be bound by the aforementioned terms and conditions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
